remember
During each class remember to stay within your personal limit by
listening to your body, and to concentrate on what you are doing and
what I am asking you to do.
Don't try to compete with your classmate or you might pull a muscle, pinch a nerve, or hurt yourself in some other way.
Know your limits and each week try to reach them and gradually exceed them as your ability increases and your body is able to stretch or twist or lift a little more than last time.
Expecting too much too soon is likely to result in disappointment.
Keep breathing deeply and smoothly during poses and exercise.
Take a personal time-out for a drink if you feel like it.
